ANSWERS

 

A: Morphological diagnosis
Ileum and proximal large bowel, severe adenomatous hyperplasia

 

B: Name the disease
Intestinal adenomatosis, proliferative enteropathy, haemorrhagic enteropathy, terminal ileitis (one name would be sufficient).

 

C: Etiology?
Lawsonia intracellularis (Campylobacter species would also be an acceptabel answer).
