Beginning with issue Volume 3 No 3 of the European Journal of Veterinary Pathology, the European College of Veterinary Pathologists (ECVP) Examination Committee is presenting one gross pathology and one histopathology case per issue as a training opportunity; the cases will be selected by members of the College.
Further details are available concerning the examination are given in the  ECVP information brochure .
The Examination Committee has decided to follow the nomenclature of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) since many of the European training institutions receive AFIP training cases.
