History: Several chickens from the same flock started showing swelling and induration of the wattles
Macroscopical findings: Unilateral swollen wattle with a yellow, friable and dull caseonecrotic core on cut surface
Bacteriological examination: Isolation of Pasteurella multocida and Escherichia coli
Histological diagnosis: Wattle: necropurulent and fibrinous dermatitis with granulation tissue formation, chronic, diffuse, unilateral
Name of the disease: (Chronic) fowl cholera
