Organ: Skull and brain.
History: Within the past week, the patient exhibited a cessation of eating, notable lethargy, pronounced unsteadiness in ambulation, and signs indicative of dehydration. These symptoms culminated in the patient's inability to mobilize.
Findings: Subdural hematoma, subacute, focally extensive, marked.
